Many times I've given a sample of Cocoburg Coconut Jerky to a Filipino, and had them tell me that it should be taken with rice. I kinda humored them, but the thought was "that's so Asian." Well, I finally got around to cooking with Cocoburg, and the results were amazing. Cocoburg sliced with a handful of goji berries, saute with garlic and a pepper or two. Serve over rice and spinach, garnished with toasted almonds. Time to prepare: 20 minutes. Less than the time required to get to Taco Bell and back. You'll be coocoo for Cocoburg. Enjoy!
